There are many reasons to have a blog: to inform customers about new products and specials, to share information and expertise with a worldwide community, or to express oneself and communicate publicly. WordPress.com is a free and flexible set of web-based blogging tools that can be used to launch a new blog in minutes. The tools can then be used to personalize the blog and update and improve it continually. In WordPress.com 2.5 Essential Training, Maria Langer walks through the entire process of building and maintaining a blog, from setting up an account to using advanced customization techniques. She explains how to create and organize posts, pages, and links, and also offers tips on how to become a better blogger.

I’m the author of this course. I write and create training materials for a living. That’s right — if I don’t sell my work, I can’t eat and pay the rent. So imagine how I feel when I see people like you stealing my work and handing it out to all your friends. They say what comes around, goes around. I hope you get yours soon.

And I wonder what you’ll be giving away when people like me can’t make a living anymore and stop writing and creating the stuff you like to steal.

    Dear Maria,

In my humble opinion, the majority of the people who will like a book that they downloaded will go and buy it. That is how i act and my colleagues too. What about the rest? The rest is just addicted to free downloading, without even trying to interfere with the content.

I personally have downloaded many books, and bought the ones who really liked.
