Use Power Iso it is supporting all the format and you can also create virtual drive and mount the .bin image in virutal drive.

download and Use DAEMON TOOL to open the image from http://www.daemon-tools.cc

DAEMON creates virtuals CD/DVD drives in your pc ,you need to mount the .bin or .cue image to the virtual drive
